i had my engine rebuit and bike will not select a gear was fine before enigne was rebuilt
Why will my honda mtx 125 not select any gear?
I'm not familiar with the mtx, but i'd guess if the engine was truly rebuilt, that is if it was taken off the frame and stripped, then I'd look at the external stuff--in other words, is the linkage between the foot pedal and the trans. made up correctly? It just doesn't seem likely that the trans would stop just because the engine got rebuilt. Course, you guys run those mx bikes pretty hard.... :o)
