The sound change will have more of an effect than performance. The sound will be a little louder but somewhat raspier.

Your performance will probably suffer a bit.Bikes need a little back pressure to run their best.
Reply:YES! removing these parts will allow it to produce the MAXIMUM EAR DESTROYING SOUND, and some cop will come along and listen to you start it (because all the neighbors call and complain) and run his night stick up your tailpipe and write you a ticket for making an illegal modification to your motorcycle. It will not gain anything and it DOES have a catalytic converter, so it will void the emissions warranty as soon as you try it. And you will get a ticket for that as well, and no mechanic will touch your noise maker until you put them BACK in place.
